Thanks for the effort but I think it could be little shorter little better . Ronaldo genuinely thinks I am the best so he acts like that so he trains like the best and acts like the best. As he is the best he's not intimidated by the competition so he supports others. As he thinks he is the best he doesn't feel pressure that much. The pressure he puts on himself is greater than that of the outside.

What would you say is an optimal amount of sport training compared to gym work? I’ve been told I don’t recover enough but when I cut down I feel like I could be doing more haha. I’m looking at 6 days per week football training paired with 4 days a week gym. Great video 🙌
Really depends on the sport, as well as the actual volume + intensity of all your workouts/sessions. Your best bet is actually consulting with a football-specific strength & conditioning coach to help you craft the ideal program
Im able to do all of this throughout July BUT, How can i optimise my days while i am on Holiday? Im having a beach holiday for 10 days, 1 day at home, then 7 days beach holiday again, 4 days at home then i have my summer camp with my club, THEN 1 day break at home then visiting my old city wich i grew up in. August is a month packed with vacations and i would like if someone could give me tips on how to still try and maintain my training regime, talking about (gym work, plyometrics and ball control) Volleyball. You back it up with evidence. Ronaldo is still the first into training and the last to leave at 39 years old. Otherwise it's just empty words
as someone who has been doin deliberate practice for over a year now, i can proudly say watching this video is one of the best decisions iv'e made, i went from a below average skilled player to an absolute baller and deadly finisher in about 5 months of hard work and discipline!

I joined a summer league with some of my team mates. So far in 3 games I’ve snagged one assist. The goal is coming, as long as I’m onside😅
You know some people work jobs too outside of soccer right? These kind of schedules are so counterintuitive. Working mindlessly and not actually enjoying yourself and your time off is how to A) Injure yourself and B) Play like shit, and C) Over stimulate yourself and loose interest in your own passion. Most athletes and top pros don’t train and live like this. They are gifted beyond imagination, live and enjoy life the way they want to, and still beat the shit out of everyone when it comes to game time. You should focus on yes improving, but even more on relaxing and enjoying life, and you’ll see you’ll improve even more.
The example was from one athlete I work with. I work with others who also work part/full time alongside their sport and obviously their schedules differ greatly. In any case, every athlete I work with prioritizes a schedule that is sustainable and enjoyable for them as an individual.
